ManpowerGroup Engineering Support Specialist in North Reading, Massachusetts

Our client, a global eCommerce leader is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to join their team. As an Engineering Support Specialist you will be part of the Engineering and Supply Chain Management team supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and management. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of Product Life Cycle Management systems and Bill of Materials structures which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid, North Reading, MA

Pay Range: $32.58/HR on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Item Master add, change, and delete control

  • BOM Data creation and management

  • RCO implementation and control at Contract Manufacturers

  • Product Data and document management

  • Help Contract Manufacturers with data access issues, and monitor their access

What’s Needed?

  • Product Life Cycle management systems including Agile

  • Understanding BOM (Bill of Materials) structures and materials

  • Able to work autonomously; proactive to request help when needed

  • Able to juggle multiple requests at one time

  • Strong attention to detail

  • BS in technical field

  • Supply chain management experience

  • Sales and operations planning process
