SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will oversee Vibram’s newly created financial planning and analysis function. This includes developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts, managing the annual budget process, analyzing financial and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders, and performing financial analyses to support investment decisions. Overall, the Manager, FP&A is a crucial finance team member, providing financial expertise and insights that help drive business success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Manage the consolidated annual planning and budgeting process.
Oversee the rolling forecasting process with related analytics and business support.
Month end reporting and analytics, specifically P&L, gross margin, product mix, risks/ops and mitigating strategies.
Collaborate with functional owners in development of business cases for new product development and ROI.
Work with Operations management and Plant Controlling on KPI development, reporting and management.
Partner with Plant Controlling to analyze monthly performance to drive increased profitability.
SAP BI and Power BI reporting development and maintenance.
Support Operations on cost savings initiatives, including tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership team to develop long-range strategic plans for business.
Proactively identifying and assessing financial risks and mitigating strategies.
Governance and re-balancing of capital appropriations portfolio.
Ad hoc analytics as needed.
Required Experience:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA preferred.
Experience with SAP4H is required.
Experience with Power BI and SAP BI reporting
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
3-5 years’ experience within multinational CPG and/or manufacturing organization
A hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach and a strong sense of urgency
Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish tasks.
Collaborative team player
Able to work independently with minimal direction.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and inventory management
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
