WATTS e-Commerce Project Manager - North America US in North Andover, Massachusetts

We are looking for a team player to join us on the implementations of our e-commerce/ digital transformation strategy.Looking for the person to be located any where in the North America - US.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Manage delivery of e-Commerce program and related milestones including development and launch of new B2B and B2C online stores, and transition of existing stores to new e-Commerce platform.

  • Manage internal teams and external partners to complete projects on time and within budget including scope definition, planning, execution, testing, launch and post-launch support; manage project communications, quality, issues, risks, and critical paths

  • Organize and lead multiple project timelines simultaneously

  • Prepare cutover Go/No-Go checklists and create contingency plans.

  • Develop deep understanding of Watts existing business processes, and technical systems

  • Work with cross functional teams to create and document simple and effective e-Commerce processes with a continual focus on streamlining and improving the process

  • Provide stakeholders accurate and timely reports and documentation for all projects

  • Coordinate across different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities

We are looking for a team player to drive the ecommerce strategy implementation by working closely with IT, business, and functional teams to ensure all business requirements are met in a timely manner

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building strong team relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficient)

  • Comfortably communicate on various organizational levels, ranging from technology developers to C-level leadership.

  • Proactive, creative self-starter with a constant risk management mindset

  • Be comfortable in an uncertain environment, be able to adapt and iterate as needed

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

MANAGEMENT:

No direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of managing large scale projects across multiple (internal & external) teams

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large projects with cross functional teams, complex processes and multiple technical platforms.; at least 2 years in ecommerce, preferably with Magento

  • Practical understanding of B2C and B2B eCommerce business operations, ERP, Order Fulfillment, SEO & SEM best practices

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, building and managing sprint plans, managing scope of work, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management and scheduling

  • Experience in working with near/offshore system integration partners

  • Experience managing integrations with third-party software (ERP, CMS, CRM, etc.)

  • Travel less than 10%
