WATTS Digital Experience Strategy Manager in North Andover, Massachusetts

The Digital Experience Strategy Manager develops and maintains a superior experience for our customers interacting with our digital platforms including our websites and mobile tools that drives demand and customer satisfaction. He/She evaluates website traffic, sales figures, and conducts research to determine customers' needs and how to best meet them. He/She supports the Sr. Manager, Digital Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining the company’s digital experience strategy and roadmap in order to provide a best-in-class digital customer experience. This individual also reviews and recommends all the digital platforms and integrations needed in order to offer a seamless digital experience to our customers.


  • Develops and updates digital experience strategy based on company/brand priorities, customer feedback, competitor research, sales data, and economic/market conditions

  • Coordinates regular stakeholder and customer feedback to inform strategy and roadmap activities

  • Develops, maintains, and executes detailed digital experience roadmap

  • Partners with design, development, and content teams to develop plans and execute incremental experience improvements

  • Defines digital experience KPIs and regularly reviews analytics for key insights

  • Develops governance policies and processes to support efficient management of digital experience

  • Oversees reviews of new MarTech solutions and how they fit into overall roadmap

  • Assists with documenting business requirements for key initiatives

  • Oversees third party vendors engaged in execution of strategies and roadmaps


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field.


This position has no direct reports. Oversees third party vendors as needed.


  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital marketing

  • Knowledge of integrated digital marketing and best practices & trends

  • Demonstrated experience in consulting on digital solutions to meet business objectives

  • Experience conduct customer VOC activities to obtain customer feedback

  • Experience with CMS (Sitecore), CRM ( and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo preferred

  • Strong understanding of personalization, digital analytics, structured data, digital channels, customer personas and customer journey maps

  • Proven experience in measuring and reporting ability with an understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis

  • Demonstrated experience in recommendation of strategies at a global level with high profile stakeholders around the globe

  • Will be required to work off hours at times in order to communicate with stakeholders in Europe and Asia

  • Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience managing external vendors

  • Up to 15% travel, including international travel


    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
