WATTS Digital Experience Project Manager in North Andover, Massachusetts

Everything we design is made to keep the Earth’s most precious resource safer, cleaner, and more useful for our customers.Watts is looking for an innovative Digital Experience Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical initiatives to improve customer and employee digital interactions with Watts. In partnership with Marketing, this IT role will assume end-to-end ownership of multiple simultaneous projects to improve the online visibility of Watts brand and product information across our entire portfolio of brands and products.


  • Define and manage project scope, financials, and schedule; organize and lead project status/working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; mitigate risks and issues; and track deliverables.

  • Facilitate Daily Stand Up meetings, Estimation meetings and lead overall Scrum process to ensure high velocity delivery of enhancements to stakeholders

  • Initiate and facilitate discussions between different business units and functions, balance conflicting viewpoints, and achieve consensus with key business stakeholders

  • Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital initiatives and partner with Marketing resources to negotiate and validate business requirements for Digital Experience platforms

  • Lead teams of IT and business resources during project testing initiatives to support successful implementations

  • Develop a clear communication plan to ensure regular communication with stakeholders at all levels, including facilitation of Steering Committee Meetings with senior leadership

  • Manage vendor relationship and on- and offshore resources to deliver projects and enhancements

  • Performs all other duties as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Scrum Certification or Project Management Professional certification is preferred


  • This position has no direct reports.

  • Manages outside vendors and contractors as needed.


  • 7 - 10 years of Project Management experience working closely with business and IT resources

  • Experience leading Scrum Development teams

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong track record of on-time and on-budget deliveries

  • Demonstrated experience developing business requirements for Digital Experience systems and ability to distill complex business requirements, and then effectively communicate those to IT resources

  • Ability to partner with and influence colleagues as well as business leaders

  • Demonstrated experience managing global projects with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries

  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of web technology, experience with SiteCore Web Content Management System.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Up to 15% travel, including international travel required
