Travel position. Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience as installation supervisor, CI manager and installation testing and turn-up of DC power systems, inverter, Batteries, the installation of Iron work, equipment cabinets, BDCBBs, BDFBs and related hardware.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

a. Hold current training certificates from each manufacture of equipment that is being installed

b. Maintain a yearly update of the manufacture’s training or as required by the manufacture

c. Hold a certificated of completion from a training facility providing a appropriated curriculum.

1. Be capable of performing the same work operations/job activities as a Skill Level

3 installers without supervision or direction.

1. Be capable of performing as the Installation supervisor in-charge person.

2. Be capable of performing additions, removals, and modifications on working equipment and circuits. All Level

4 work operations/job activities may include: a. Circuit modifications b. Software additions, upgrades or updates c. Power transition work d. Addition or removal of batteries e. Hot Cuts and Hot Slides f. Equipment Testing and turn-ups

1. A Skill Level 4 installer shall be the only level that may perform additions, removal, and modifications on working equipment and circuits.

2. A Skill Level 4 Installer shall be the only person who performs the work operations/job activities with the Critical Work Activities detailed in the MOP. However, a Skill Level 2 or 3 installer may assist as required.

3. The Skill Level 4 installer will complete weekly reports on the progress of the project and annual reviews of their team members including recommendations for advancement.

   1. A Skill Level 4 installer must be capable of providing training to the installation crew on the proper use of tools, proper installation methods, safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
