Bright Horizons Sr. Product Manager - Hybrid in Newton, Massachusetts

Bright Horizons is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to expand our Enterprise Product team to build out products that impact across all our business lines. Come be part of a dynamic, fast-growing product team, and a passionate organization focused on making life easier for working families.

In this role, you will interact regularly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and you can communicate succinctly and effectively.

What you will be doing:

  • In this high-impact role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise data products, used by all our lines of business benefit products.

  • Use a customer-first mindset in building a robust prioritized product roadmap, translating market, business & customer requests.

  • Collaborate with Engineering & stakeholders to communicate & drive product vision, and define and refine product needs.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from idea generation, research, and requirements to product delivery, adoption, and feedback.

  • Gain exposure across the entire business and communicate effectively across the organization with leadership to ensure business and customer goals are met.

  • Utilize data to understand customer needs and behaviors as well as gain valuable insights into what your audience needs are and how best to reach them through our marketing efforts.

  • Conduct competitive research, market research, and work with the design team on creating wireframes and prototypes and validate with usability testing

  • Serve as a cross-organizational product leader and collaborate effectively with internal Bright Horizons colleagues & stakeholders to continue driving & delivering impact.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Experience building B2B or B2C, SaaS-based products.

  • Demonstrated experience with agile and agile tools – Jira, ADO.

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate ambiguous new ideas.

  • Demonstrated data-driven product leadership measuring success outcomes using product analytic tools – Pendo, GA, etc.

  • Strong collaboration skills that allow you to work with both technical and non-technical teams and work across large stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously, and cross-functionally.

  • Proven results delivering high quality, customer-driven products, on time.

  • Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with building customer 360 views of a user/customer profile from internal and external sources using an MDM/CDP product.

  • Managed healthcare, benefits, and/or outsourcing service experience.

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

  • Mentor product managers and manage vendors and partners.

  • Technical background desirable.
