We are currently looking for ambitious professional to join our Endovascular Robotics business within the Advanced Therapies business line. We are a global technology leader in robotic-assisted vascular interventions. We believe a combination of endovascular robotics, image guidance, and dedicated devices will significantly impact how neurovascular procedures will be performed in the future, and we remain focused on bringing value to customers and patients.
As the Head of Product Lifecycle , you will be responsible for:
Setting continually higher goals for yourself and their team(s) that are ambitious and realistic.
Seeking to understand business direction and organizational vision and how the broad team and this role contributes to larger, strategic goals.
Focusing on partnering with key stakeholders (Strategy, R&D, Clinical Affairs etc.) to enable achievement of organizational goals.
Translating business goals into priorities for the upstream marketing organization, specifically around product launch excellence and new product development that simultaneously drive improvements to overall product definition and marketing processes.
Ensuring individual performance measures are aligned with the organizational goal progress.
Ensuring that tasks and projects delegated to team have a clear set of objectives / measures of success.
A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Personal drive, energy and the ability to work effectively in a hands-on, transformative environment.

Required experience and skills:
Undergraduate degree in BioEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Biophysics or other med-tech-relevant field.
Total relevant work experience of 10-15 years with a minimum of 7 years of experience within medical product design/management/regulatory/ marketing.
In-clinic experience with and understanding of endovascular procedures.
Experience in the medical device industry with product launch experience.
Proven track record of successful team building and team leadership.
Experience driving alignment at an executive level (includes product roadmap determination and strategic planning).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility, collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills along with interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, commercial organization and KOLs.
Strong organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
Preferred experience and skills:
Higher education/MBA.
Experience with endovascular robotics.
Experience delivering products from idea to market including product launch plan and messaging development.
Good financial background including development of revenue forecasts, NPVs and comfort with reading and analyzing P&Ls and other financial statements.
