Bright Horizons Demand Generation Manager in Newton, Massachusetts
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive employee engagement. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to leverage technology, email marketing expertise, and content-driven strategies to achieve business growth.
This is a Hybrid position, working in our Newton, MA Headquarters on a 1-3 days a week basis.

Responsibilities:
Email Strategy: Develop and manage email marketing strategy, focusing on audience reach, messaging, segmentation, testing, and growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key stakeholder for the team, working with other business lines on calendar alignment, cross-promotion, and identifying new opportunities.
Campaign Development: Partner with the director to strategize, design, and develop digital campaigns and assets aimed at increasing B2E (Business-to-Employee) participation.
Email Automation: Working in partnership with marketing operations to optimize and expand email journeys using automation, ensuring the best next action for specific learner segments.
Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to inform decision-making and uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
UX Improvement: Act as a liaison for all digital platform user experiences, tracking and enhancing conversion rates in collaboration with internal and external vendors.
Website Analytics: Manage platform metrics reporting providing feedback and suggestions for higher conversion and engagement.
Qualifications:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required. A degree in Business, marketing, analytics is preferred.
5 years of digital marketing management with examples of revenue growth is required.
Data driven mindset, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize and grow.
Ability to gather and interpret a broad spectrum of digital data to inform strategies and tactics.
Strong team player and collaborator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with “Writing for the Web” techniques to support on-screen consumption.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, D365, Qlik, GA4, Monday.comencouraged

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business factors.
