HR leader role for high-growth entrepreneurial teams that includes executing on one of the largest-ever company investments to support one of the most important industries in the world. Global HR Business Partner providing leadership to two high growth global P&Ls. Incumbent will work directly with the Technical Ceramics global leadership team to ensure strategies and initiatives are met.
Work closely with Division and Company HR Leadership teams
Lead all human resources activities for a global client group, including recruitment, talent management, compliance, benefits, compensation, pension plan administration, employee relations and industrial relations.
Partner with Senior Leadership Team to develop and executed financial, operational and people objectives.
Ensure operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Partner to drive our functional strategy development and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with our Feedthroughs and CVD Materials leadership teams to drive the people strategy in support of sustainable, profitable global growth
Drive talent management (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans) globally to ensure robust processes and disciplines to drive people development and retention, robust succession pipelines for key roles and compliance
Coach managers and employees on pertinent topics; provide compliance training as required
Coordinate with global partners to ensure consistent policy administration, interpretation and application, recommends changes
Lead activities that foster an engaging and inclusive work environment; advise and coach managers and employees in employee relations issues to reduce escalation and to mitigate risk
Partner with HRVP to participate in Global initiatives and ensure consistent application of procedures
Leverage data to identify trends and drivers of organization vitality and challenges
Drive required training compliance under Morgan’s Business Integrity program; coordinate schedules and provide necessary resources and employee development
Complete and submit compliance/reporting requirements and conduct internal audits as necessary
Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure understanding to organization requirements and to decide best ways forward in all situations
BS/BA or global equivalent
Minimum five years’ experience, including global responsibilities, multi-site HR leadership
Minimum three years’ experience working in a multi-site, geographically dispersed operating environment
Previous experience working in a global organization
Comfort and demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment where leadership through influence is often required
Possess superior organization, communications, presentation skills, critical thinking, EQ and the ability to communicate comfortably at all levels of the organization
High level of skill in conflict resolution, detail orientation, coaching, quickly assessing complex issues and bringing resolution
Advanced MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and good report writing and data analysis skills
Experience using an HRIS to drive decision-making
