Aerotek Maintenance Engineer in Needham, Massachusetts

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

-Your primary role will involve monitoring building system operations and performance, particularly focusing on electrical repairs on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, and more.

-You will be responsible for organizing and executing a preventative maintenance schedule.

-You will manage our energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently, keeping operating costs at a minimum.

-Your duties will include maintaining the building lighting system and overseeing its controls.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Electrical (license preferred)

  • Knowledge of building management systems and controls

  • Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders

Work Environment

-Our work environment is dynamic and engaging.

-All work will be performed onsite at Thermo Fisher in Needham.

-You should be prepared to be on your feet for the majority of the day.

-The role is a part of the Boston Properties team.

Shift

  • Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm

  • No Weekends!
