International Data Group Campaign Manager in Needham, Massachusetts

Foundry is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our leading demand generation business unit, Data Services Group (DSG). This business unit is the center of excellence for global demand generation responsible for the delivery of all US campaigns.

The unique requirements of each client are transferred into campaigns which the Data Services, Campaign Manager is responsible for managing. This role is the pinnacle for the execution and delivery of these Demand Generation campaigns. Whilst this is a US centric role, this is a centralized Global Demand Generation unit where we will also manage campaigns to countries outside of the US.

The position is located in Needham Mass, with in office or hybrid working options.

  • Understand lead types and delivery requirements, apply critical thinking to incoming orders to enable campaigns to be set up correctly.

  • Collaboratively work to gather the internal and external clients’ deliverables for campaigns.

  • Providing excellent customer service through written and verbal communications in a timely and proactive manner.

  • Manage expectations across different levels of management.

  • Build campaigns using various technology platforms.

  • Manage, execute, and deliver all of Data Services programs.

  • Chair trouble shooting client facing conference calls.

  • Supply leads that meet campaign criteria in the appropriate cadence, pacing, format and delivery method.

  • Comply to data privacy regulations.

  • Manage data pass set up and delivery.

  • Interrogate and solution solve for lead rejections.

  • Work with the email task force to leverage email marketing.

  • Provide campaign status updates along with wrap up reporting containing performance analysis and insight.

  • Manage revenue forecasting accurately and consistently to business goals.

  • Contribute to DSG operational and business objectives as directed.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (including excel)

  • Clear written communication and customer relations skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of data

  • Navigate multiple technology platforms and CRM systems including Foundry’s campaign management platform

  • Strong willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team

  • Strong demonstration of critical thinking, initiative and creativity to problem solving

  • Ability to navigate through cultural differences when working with international stakeholders

  • Prior lead/demand generation online advertising experience

  • Experience generating leads through e-mail marketing

  • Basic HTML coding

  • Background in campaign or account management, marketing and/or communications
