On-Site General Manager
Proposed Business Locations - Nationwide
This role is dedicated exclusively to the location contract, the General Manager shall be available to contract at all times, either by telephone or in person, to make decisions or to provide coordination.
Management of multiple transit locations
Understanding of operational ratios
High level of customer and client satisfaction
Team building among diverse groups
Meet critical deadlines
Meet organizational objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
Knowledge and Experience
7 years of transit management experience
Fixed route operation knowledge
Knowledge in scheduling software such as Trapeze, HASTUS IVR systems
Collective Bargaining experience
Knowledge of ADA, DMV and DOT requirements
Knowledge of Drug and Alcohol Awareness
Knowledge or regulations in transit operations
Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of education
Manage all aspects of dual facility transit operation
Ensure timely and safe on street operations
Ensure regular client communications
Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. If applying for a safety sensitive position, it may require a physical examination.
