Our client in Natick is looking for a SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager. The job duties include prepare and review of annual Form 10-K and quarterly Form 10-Q for filing with the SEC, consolidated financial statements and footnotes in compliance with US GAAP, prepare financial reporting package, managing the internal audit in addition to driving the implementation of new U.S. GAAP standards throughout the organization, including revenue recognition and lease accounting.
