Wastequip Site Parts Manager in N Oxford, Massachusetts
Summary of essential job functions

Drive a culture that supports and provides ongoing training for customer service teams to continuously improve product knowledge and overall customer experience
Help develop and actively support our performance management program(s)
Support cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration
Travel to assigned area facilities, trade shows, customer locations or events, and corporate functions,
Manage / mentor the customer service team to provide an outstanding customer experience
Ensure that “today’s business is done today” in terms of completing all customer transactions and avoiding missed pick tickets, missed deliveries and/or delivery shortages.
Coordinate customer-service follow-up to ensure other departments, locations, and/or suppliers are fulfilling customer commitments
Monitor / manage lost sales
Support field Sales team by helping solve customer problems
Support Product Management in new product introductions, promotions, etc.
Work with other Parts Managers to ensure consistent, optimal processes, controls, metrics, and outcomes across the company (customer service, receive, put-away, pick, pack, ship, deliver, returns, inventory control, and manage team performance)
Ensure we have enough labor available to receive, put-away, pick, pack, and either deliver or ship products to our customers
Ensure a clean, neat, organized warehouse environment
Be responsible for the overall safety of the facility or facilities you oversee to help minimize exposures and ensure safety compliance
Projects as needed including greenfield location identification and start-up
