Director of Operations Department of Highways, Buildings and Properties The Town of Monterey is accepting applications for the full-time position of Director of Operations. Qualified candidates shall possess a Class CDL B and Hoisting/Hydraulic license with experience operating heavy equipment, repairing and maintenance of heavy equipment, managing a department and budget. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and directing all activities of the highway department, maintaining town roads and drainage, snow and ice removal and transfer station management. Must pass a physical, drug and alcohol test. The Town of Monterey offers an excellent benefit package and is an equal opportunity employer.
