Waters Global Service Pricing Manager in Milford, Massachusetts
Our Product Management team is responsible for bringing the Waters Service portfolio of products and solutions to market.
We are seeking a highly analytical Pricing Manager, to take ownership of pricing strategy and execution across our Service global organization. Key to your role, will be to champion and implement the price strategy into regions and field organizations. In this role you will design pricing policies and oversee the maintenance of historical pricing data. You should be familiar with a variety of sales and pricing concepts, practices, and procedures to performs a variety of strategic and tactical tasks daily.
Develop and implement the global pricing strategy for the $750M service division
Create and maintain Service portfolio pricing structure within defined parameters.
Ensure solid alignment between Field operations team, Commercial and Finance
Drive operational efficiency within pricing function with focus on driving standardization and operational excellence across commercial teams, through regular trainings, workshops, and tracking and review of behavior changes
Develop pricing options to meet competitive opportunities and attain/maintain company profitability objectives.
Create/maintain pricing administrative ability
Drive annual price roll process by analyzing pricing performance and aligning pricing strategies with division’s overarching business objectives
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar required
5+ years of experience in a complex pricing environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong communication skills to articulate complex business problems, lead cross-functional discussions, and ability to drive alignment with various key stakeholders
Strong mathematical aptitude
Computer software skills (CRM, SAP)- experience with industry standard and custom pricing software program.
