Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a dynamic and motivated Global Demand Planner to join our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supply and demand planning for one or more assigned product centers and will be responsible for developing the inventory strategy to ensure that all global inventory and service goals are met or exceeded for the assigned products.

  • Develop Revenue unit forecasts and supply plans at the SKU and Product Family level for assigned business utilizing marketing and sales input, statistical models, historical sales data, inventory assumptions and commercial inputs, adhering to strict timelines.

  • Partner with commercialization team to assist in new product introductions

  • Maintain appropriate system (SAP/APO) master data

  • Ensure balance of supply and demand across entire global supply network

  • Create Inventory forecast

  • Ensure that all revenue requirements are met for the Division

  • Collaborate cross functionally at various levels in the organization, including product marketing, field sales, manufacturing, distribution and finance

  • Support the S&OP process for assigned product lines

  • Knowledge of planning processes, systems and distribution planning principles

  • BA/BS Required, MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience developing supply/demand/inventory plans for a global manufacturing company

  • SAP/APO experience highly preferred

  • APICS certification is considered a plus.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency with MS office is required.
