CNC Section Leader- Swiss Dept. (EWD) in Milford, Massachusetts
Assist the department supervisor to accomplish department goals including supervision, job selection and placement of personnel on jobs and any other duties necessary in the operation of the department including the set-up and operation of one or more CNC machines. Set-up and operate secondary equipment and perform any other functions within the department that may be necessary. Individual will coordinate the operation of one department shift, consisting of set-up opertors, operators and utility operators. The number of personnel will vary from three to ten people.
This opening is a Day Shift position for Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 07:30AM to 08:00PM. Shift comes with a 7% shift differential.

Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Set-up/Operator of CNC machines preferred.
Experience working with a broad range of precision inspection equipment
Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, routings and process sheets.
Experience leading in a team environment using team improvement tools preferred
