  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Proven experience (X+ years) in a similar role within manufacturing or plant operations.

• Thorough understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
