Assist the Quality Leadership with the coordination of various quality activities as assigned including Customer Satisfaction Issues (CSIs), Nonconformance Reports (MRRs), internal audits, warranty returns, and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
Maintain current documentation in the controlled system, incorporating all changes to procedures due to new products and new processes.
Write, edit and control procedures and work instructions.
Follow-up on corrective actions relating to Customer Satisfaction Issues (CSIs) and Nonconformance Reports (MRRs).
Forwarding completed CSIs and MDRs to Quality Leadership for approval.
Organize activities for internal audits including establishing audit schedule and assisting with audits.
Review corrective actions and forward to Quality Leadership for approval
Provide required training for all employees as needed. Maintain and update Training Matrix.
Conducts random site inspections, ensures and document safety violations, corrected and initiates appropriate training to prevent recurrence.
Review EHS programs annually and updates plans as processes or applicable regulations change.
Ensure that work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition and established company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Associate Degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 8+ years’ experience in a
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
