Veronica's Treats Packaging Associate: Part time/ Seasonal in Middleboro, Massachusetts
Packaging Associate - Part-time & Part-time/Seasonal We are a fast-growing, internet-based bakery that is looking for a Packaging Associates to package our fast-growing line of Cake Pops, Chocolate Covered Oreos and Hand Decorated Cookies. At Veronica\'s Treats we have a wide spectrum of clients and a team-oriented approach to achieving our daily goals. Our commercial bakery hours are Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, or holidays. Shifts 4-hours or longer available between 9am and 6pm. Job Responsibilities - Bagging, sealing, twist tying of individual fresh bakery items using a combination of manual and machine methods - Folding together gift boxes and packaging our treats with care - Weekday or Weekend overtime may be needed during peak holiday season. Peak is typically Halloween, Thanksgiving, December, and Valentine\'s Day. Candidates must be able to: - Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace - Stand for the entire shift. - lift packages and trays that weigh an average of 15lbs many times a day. - Lift up to 50lbs occasionally. - Perform repetitive tasks at an effective speed. - Work enthusiastically as part of a team. - Possess excellent time management skills and work at a speed to complete all tasks for the day. - Demonstrate good personal hygiene.
