SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for maintaining and servicing distributors and key accounts throughout the United States and Canada with pricing quotations, order entry, and the management of other requests from customers. This position interfaces regularly with customers, sales representatives, company sales managers, production, and shipping. RESPONSIBILITIES: The core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Review and enter orders with correct pricing and provide confirmation, freight, and deliver information Monitor key accounts and initiate order follow-up Provide customer feedback Assis in resolution of any order issues ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Ability to prioritize and work effectively with or without direct supervision Outstanding customer service skills including ability to organize and follow-up Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and customers Computer Skills, including Windows, MS Office, Excel, EDI, Customer Portals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school or equivalent 1 year of previous customer service experience (preferred)
