TIBCO – we are just scratching the surface. Overview The Enterprise Account Executive initiates and executes sales transactions of software products to net new customers and existing customers. Enterprise Accounts Executive are responsible for a set of named target accounts that are a mix of existing customers and prospects. What You'll Do

  • Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Penetrate and develop existing accounts and new prospects, perform sales presentations to prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.

  • Work closely with the pre-sales technical support team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements.

  • Ultimately, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling TIBCO/IBI products within their designated accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, while maximizing sales revenue.

    Who You Are

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling into large organizations with a strong track record against quota.

  • Strong business development, technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals are required.

  • Candidates must have good organizational skills, prospecting and follow-up skills.

  • Candidate must have strong business skills in order to present solutions from a business benefit perspective.

  • Required qualities are self-motivated, problem solver who is detail oriented and can work with little direction
