Kelly Services Program Manager in Massachusetts

Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a Remote Program Manager for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Med Device clients out of Raynham, MA

This role is remote

This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Job Summary:

The Project Manager acts as the project management process owner for the Medical Operations Organization. In this role, the Project Manager will utilize their strong project management skills to work independently, assist in training, and provide oversight to Associate Project Coordinators. Additionally, this role focuses on process optimization and the deployment and utilization of consistent project management methodologies in support of the execution of Clinical Evaluation Reports, Periodic Safety Update Report, Literature Search activities and Systematic Literature Reviews.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides project management and leadership to Medical Operations staff

Coordinate the systematic literature review process and ensure alignment with CER project plan

Lead execution of projects using project management tools (e.g. project plan, Kanban) and monitor execution of project milestones and tasks according to plan

Maintains the schedule of projects and initiates the process to ensure timely completion of projects

Leads meetings to gain visibility to project plan updates, as well as to validate timing of

projects (e.g. NPD and PMS)

Communicates estimated project completion dates for key partners to gain visibility and ensure capacity to support the review and approval of the documents

Engages with cross-functional partners such as Medical Directors, Post Market Surveillance, Design Quality Engineers, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs in the execution of the project

Ensures project timelines are met and established tools and practices are consistently utilized

Maintains and monitors metrics relevant to the team activities providing visibility of issues to enable corrective and preventive action to be taken

Provides oversight to Associate Project Coordinators, assigning tasks and monitoring timely execution

Assists Technical Manager with resource assignments and capacity loading

Knowledge and access to applicable Quality Systems

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; advanced degree is preferred

Minimum of 5 years of related job experience is required

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management principles and methodologies is required

Strong written and oral communication skills is required

Expertise using Microsoft Project Applications (specifically Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat

Experience within the medical device industry and knowledge of clinical evaluation report regulatory requirements, evidence generation, and Clinical Evaluation Report (CER) document creation is preferred
