Cardinal Health Director, Market Access Strategy & Innovation in Massachusetts

This role delivers key evidence and insights which inform the annual plan financial forecast related to medical policy, reimbursement, and revenue by category and by product. In addition, this role provides critical evidence and insights related to mid-, long-term strategies and associated action plans related to health economic policy, reimbursement, and projected revenue.

What Market Access Strategy & Innovation contributes to Cardinal Health

This role delivers key evidence and insights which inform the annual plan financial forecast related to medical policy, reimbursement, and revenue by category and by product. In addition, this role provides critical evidence and insights related to mid-, long-term strategies and associated action plans related to health economic policy, reimbursement, and projected revenue.

Accountabilities

  • Leads market access, reimbursement strategy and innovation for the entire at-Home solutions business.
  • Responsible for establishing the health economic value proposition for at-Home solutions current business and new growth opportunities.
  • Additional responsibilities include influencing and collaboration with at-Home functional leaders, enterprise partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Business or equivalent, Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, MPA, MHA, MS) preferred
  • 5 -8 years of market access and/or strategic intelligence experience with ability to multi-task
  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications, internet search engines, proprietary databases, and website management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills experience working with upper-level management

  • Consults with management to determine project objectives with long-term implications
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
