Laborer Family Run Business Looking for Help South Shore Precast Concrete Manufacturing Plant looking for a laborer to assist in production of Concrete products. Precast Concrete knowledge is a plus, including product forming, pouring, curing, handling, storage and shipping. Follows, coordinates and ensures proper compliance with pre-established production schedules, processes and procedures and safety guidelines to produce a high quality product. Quality conscious and a strong work ethic important. Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit. Individuals with the following experience and abilities should apply: Responsibilities - Form building and mold set up for specific products and striping finished products from molds. - Measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of mold set up. - Finish fresh concrete after it has been poured into prepared molds. - Handle and assemble rebar cages per production specifications. - General production and maintenance duties when needed. - Operate any equipment needed to perform the job. Preferences - Precast or Concrete experience - Practical Carpentry and knowledge of basic tools - Availability to work overtime - Physical demands to perform safely at all times Minimum Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
