The Territory Optimization Program Manager for Cytiva is responsible for leading our Commercial Territory Planning and Territory Management processes, as well as process improvements and standardization related to Sales Territories. This position is part of the Business Operations department located in Marlborough, MA and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead for your region the deployment of our new Salesforce.com Territory Management and Planning tools

  • Own for your region the Territory Planning yearly process with Sales Leaders to update Sales team territories: own the preparation of datasets and tests, coordinate, and execute annual Territory Planning reviews, including training sessions

  • Be a referent for your region for Territory Management: guide and advise sales leaders in the Planning phase, ensure Territories are properly set up and updated in a timely manner

  • Own detailed reporting and governance activities to optimize Cytiva Territory Management Process, produce ad-hoc territory performance analytics for leadership

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, marketing, or related discipline.

  • Two or more years of experience in commercial excellence, commercial operations, sales, marketing, CRM management, or related experience.

  • Microsoft Office skills are essential (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle Territory Management is preferred.

  • A motivated, outcome-driven, process-oriented, highly structured individual with strong data analytical skills; able to solve complex problems.

  • Communication and Influencing skills, able to interact professionally and present to various people in the organization while achieving our team goals

  • Team player with proven abilities to prioritize achieving common goal(s) within agreed deadlines.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
