Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who has a proven track record in driving development and product excellence and can partner with our teams effectively to drive impact. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements within the context of the overall business and helping to transform them into actionable product plans. You will also work with internal and external partner teams to align vision and objectives against the product roadmap, manage risks, define and implement processes to help keep all teams aligned, and ultimately deliver impact. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, cross-organizational and project management skills and thrive in a highly innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.
Manage a portfolio of processes with associated partners/customers, managing the execution of the processes while driving process learnings and improvements
Gather requirements and define proper solutions (both process and tech) with the mindset of extensibility and scalability
Influence direction of solutions with a strategic view on future aspirations
Ensure proper business case/ROI has been done for feature prioritization
Effectively manage prioritization discussions as they relate to features/requirements and roadmap
Work with product, design, and engineering teams to determine product strategy and prioritize feature projects, and work with the teams to help manage risk around the defined plan
Work with all teams to understand dependencies (both internal and external), and manage risk associated with highly dependent projects
Manage expectations, alignment and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced reports, statuses, reviews etc.
5 years of Program/Project Management experience with demonstrated success in software
5 years of experience in workflow management and process optimization.
Bachelor s degree required. Masters preferred. Education in technical area or equivalent work experience preferred
Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications required (with knowledge of Oracle s products/services/applications preferred)
Ability to learn quickly and work independently while dealing with ambiguous situations, with a strong positive attitude
Strong cross-group collaboration in solving complex problems
Ability to anticipate and analyze risks and develop mitigation plans
Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
