What you’ll do:
The North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery organization for WMS develops & Configures Warehouse Management Software and systems that allow TJX to control warehouse operations from the time goods or materials enter a warehouse until they move out. Our team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs which support TJX growth and operational stability.
What you’ll need:
We are currently working on a Global Modernization Program to replace our existing legacy Warehouse Management system and are working to upgrade multiple divisions simultaneously. As a Sr Product Owner you will be motivated and detail orientated, working with our business partners across Europe and North America, capturing requirements to enable the scrum teams to configure, build and enhance those solutions.
Key Role Duties below, but not limited to:
Accountable for defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creation of acceptance criteria along with the autonomy to make decisions for a large and complex program.
Product/Domain knowledge that guides, informs, and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are needed
Contributor to the Vision, Roadmap and ROI; ensures the team’s backlog aligns to the roadmap
Stakeholder management; Accountable for identifying and manage risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts
Collaborator of dependencies with the team, Product Mgr and other teams for optimal delivery outcomes
Identification of Risks/Issues/Blockers with Features and Product not moving in timeline manner with impacts to the program
Experience:
Experience of working in a large complex IT program to create and execute plans, ensuring risks and blockers to the product are removed
Experience of coordinating and leading l teams and resources, whilst being able to stick to timelines and measure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Skilled in SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum including embracing agile principles with the ability to meticulous plan and develop a longer-range view of the product
U nderstanding of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence)
Nice to Have’s:
Manhattan WMoS on-prem as well as cloud knowledge is desirable
