Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategy
Provides content development, technical orientation and user perspective to online products, services, communities by guiding and ensuring consistency throughout the site with respect to Oracle's image and qualtiy standards. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Confers with project teams to develop and implement digital content and applications. Serves as a liaison among marketing, alliances, product management and product development to integrate a variety of content and to achieve a consistent, successful product for the user. Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement an integrated content strategy. Develop techniques on ways to build traffic, generate leads and develop audience. Works with management to develop project objectives . Consults with graphic designers and web designers to insure that required technical features are feasible and can be implemented. Teams with creative and technical leads to manage overall content strategy. May provide project leadership

Global CX Content Marketing is a center of gravity that aligns content strategy, creation, and amplification for Oracle Cloud CX go-to-market. We are seeking a**senior digital content strategist to support one or more global campaigns, as part of our Integrated Marketing organization.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and development of content, collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts, designers, analytics experts, writers and campaign strategists to deliver results.
Define the content strategy, plan and calendar for one or more global CX marketing campaigns.
Oversee substance, format, production, and design of assets including: long-form guides, infographics, collateral, research, blogs and more.
Write and edit copy for campaign landing pages, emails, and ads.
Align content strategy and production across the organization: campaigns, web, product marketing, social media, and corporate communications.
Ensure messaging consistency and alignment, information accuracy, and quality.
Champion and enforce brand standards for voice, tone, visual design.
Perform content audits and maintain shared content asset management systems.
Develop and refine buyer personas.
Develop repeatable processes for content curation, development, and repurposing.
Measure and report on content performance.
Maintain an editorial calendar.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years in a similar role(marketing, PR, editorial, content marketing, communications) for an enterprise software technology company. Specific experience with cloud applications for marketing, sales, commerce, or service is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding and experience executing content marketing best practices including the development of buyer personas and aligning content to stages of the buying journey.
Portfolio of work samples that demonstrate excellence in a variety of content formats.
Strong writer, editor, communicator.
Organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
Understanding of content performance metrics and able to draw insights from them.
Familiarity with content standards, including voice and tone guidelines.
Strong design sensibility with a firm understanding of user experience.
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively across a global organization.
Able to perform within tight deadlines across a variety of teams in a fast-moving setting.
Experience working with designers and agencies.
