We are looking for a Product Manager – Enterprise Asset Management to work with our expert Overall Equipment Effectiveness team. Do you have a passion for Software product development and commercialization ? Then we would love to hear from you.

  • You will lead the customer centric definition of the Customer asset monitoring & support platform and offers for customers

  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with Automation, Digital and Learning solutions R&D and equipment services teams to successfully drive a holistic SW platform and develop short-term and long-term features to strengthen the effective equipment and remote service product offerings

  • Drive Voice of Customers collection to define customer needs, solutions and willingness to pay in collaboration with marketing, equipment services, Hardware product management and commercial teams; support the development of the business plan accordingly.

  • Brainstorm use cases and features with the support of UX and deploy a deeper learning plan: Mockup ideas for how to address the needs, develop value proposition to go test with personas.

  • Define the product requirements and work with the Digital R&D team to develop and execute the roadmap according to timelines and budget

  • Prepare and deploy commercially the product and different use cases applying the Danaher excellence launch principles

  • Partner with marketing to create compelling customer facing material, and commercial sales tools.

  • Represent Voice of Customer internally to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with commercial team members including account managers and modality experts.

  • The position will report directly to the Overall Equipment Effectiveness Director

Who you are

  • Domain expertise gained through a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with min. 4 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience in product management, product development or related field

  • Proven expertise in Product Management/Marketing, including product roadmap development, NPI process planning & execution

  • Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment

  • Prior experience on life sciences equipment services or working on complex life sciences automation and/or digital SW projects linked to biologics development/production

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, learning agility, network leadership and stretched experience as well as passion for continuous improvement
