As the Marketing Manager for our Breast Surgery Portfolio, you will be developing and implementing creative marketing strategies for its products (LOCalizer, TruNode,). You will be responsible for franchise commercial product launch excellence, product team collaboration and ownership of commercialization process.
What to Expect:
Partner with upstream marketing team to define unmet needs in the marketplace and help determine the cadence and phasing for launching new products
Develop the marketing communications plan to field sales in alignment with corporate strategies and sales objectives
Develop and implement lifecycle maintenance campaigns for key products, including analyzing market research and sales analytics, brainstorming messaging, developing sales tools, identifying, and mitigating competitive threats and creating best in class marketing/PR initiatives to drive sales
Outline, develop and conduct key opinion leader (KOL) meetings to drive future strategies
Lead new product launch execution with Upstream marketing team partnership through commercialization strategy, post market “evidence” generation, PMS deliverables and launch tools
Daily management of field-based inquiries and requests
Lead efforts to arm the sales force to drive appropriate utilization of BSH products
Lead marketing efforts around the development, launch and sale of new products in the US and effectively position products and ensure consistency in tactical implementation of messages
Manage brand identity
Attend US based sales team events including national sales meetings and quarterly team meetings
Manage production of sales and marketing collateral, video, slides, and other related materials.
Ensure cost and production efficiencies
Manage consistent key customer engagement with sales partnership through VOC activities
Work closely and effectively with field product specialists and customer success team to identify and/or evolve downstream marketing and program opportunities.
Partner & over-communicate with cross functional teams to ensure clear strategic plans
Ownership of US region forecasting and commercial reviews/monthly performance reviews
What We Expect:
3 + years of product management or marketing experience
Experience with medical device marketing preferred
Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or business (would consider candidate in engineering with demonstrated business acumen). MBA preferred.
Excellent communication and project management skills
Both data driven and intuitive; analytical and creative
Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Evidence of a ‘self-starter’ approach
Experience leading and launching new products
“Ownership” mentality; evident leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Demonstrates trustworthiness, respect and integrity

Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- The annualized base salary range for this role is $109,900 to $171,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
