The Electronic Technology Products Center is seeking an individual for an RMD Engineering Operations Analyst role. The Electronic Technology Products Center is a Center in the Electrical Product Team. The Electronic Technology Products Center is comprised of six departments (Electro-Optics Department, Power & Electronic Systems Department, Antenna & Microwave Department, Low Voltage Power Products Department, RF Products Department, and the Advanced Microelectronic Solutions Department).
The Engineering Operations Analyst will largely assist the Electronic Technology Products Center Manager (CM), Department Leaders (DLs), and Section Leads (SLs) in staffing and managing the engineering teams. The responsibilities of the Engineering Operations Analyst are highly varied.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
The Engineering Operations Analyst will successfully manage the following responsibilities for the Electronic Technology Products Center:
Maintaining the labor forecast, by engineering skillset, for 6 departments
Managing program staffing process through data collection and analysis
Support Epic entry for task leads
Support management of Overhead Budget.
Provide roll up information for sections and departments in support of operational and other reviews, meetings, and town hall events
Manage facility usage: Procuring offices, phones, and IT equipment for new employees
Support individual and management requests/questions regarding time charging and expensing policy and compliance (i.e., labor transfer, employee separation, business class travel, overtime, etc.)
Manage PTO, Mod time, overtime, awaiting assignment reporting and compliance
Support roll-up of newsletter content for the organization
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in the following areas: Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or other related discipline
Six (6) + years of professional experience in manpower planning, project management, or operation management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
