ManpowerGroup Business Development Representative in Marlborough, Massachusetts
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of the dynamic sales team supporting the Endoscopy and Urology divisions. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay Range: $25/hr
What's the Job?
Maintain and update current and prospective target customer profiles.
Complete cold and warm outreach and follow up to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to advance the sales process.
Classify prospect/customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
Schedule virtual calls to meet with physicians and coordinate in-person meetings with the field sales team.
Provide timely updates on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Experience building relationships with key customers.
2+ years of related internships, clinical, and/or B2B sales experience preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is a plus.
