Lead and manage product development projects in compliance with the established Integra Design Control process, serving asteam leader motivating and driving cross-functional team performance.
Responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently according to the defined objectives, on time and within budget.
Effectively implement problem solving skills and techniques to identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement mitigation and resolution plans and activities.
Using disciplined project management techniques, develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
Assist Marketing and Product Development in preparing project proposals, which may include business assessments, project costs, resource requirements, detailed project timelines, and quality objectives.
Employ excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and negotiation skills with all levels of personnel and management to facilitate information flow between team and stakeholders.
Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings, including meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and key conclusions and action items
Create and audit project Design History Files and Documentation.
Periodic travel to Integra locations, as well as travel to and attendance at medical device industry related events, design labs, and surgeon meetings as needed.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management or science-related discipline from an accredited university or college.
Individual with 7-10 years in product development setting, with project management related experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably from within the medical device industry.
Demonstrate aptitude for successfully managing projects of varying complexity within the specified guidelines, timeframes and budgets, with a proven track record in managing various functional groups.
PMI certification preferred.
Ability to effecitvely work virtually driving project activities and meeting established milestones.
