The Ancillary Revenue Manager will provide input, analysis and oversee the sale of upgrades/upsells and merchandise offered to our guests to enhance the concert experience while visiting our venue.
Responsible for the consistent guidelines and sales of Premier Parking, Lawn Chair Rentals, Reserved Lawn, Fast Lane, Club Entrance upgrades, Future Ticket Sales, Live Nation blanket sales, Live Nation merchandise sales, and other upsell revenue.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining merchandise inventory and lawn chairs throughout the concert season.
Establishes strategic plan for staffing sales positions and scheduling at the venue including pre-show, day of show and post show teams.
Communicate with management about promotions, day of show events, staffing plans, and pricing plans.
Provide support for ancillary teams during shows. and assist venue in upselling of events, merchandise and services as needed.
Establish strategy for lawn chair sales and inventory including presales, special events and day of show sales.
Responsible for securing and balancing large amounts of cash.
Provide input on marketing of upsell and merchandise products, pricing, and revenue management of these items for all concert events.
Responsible for discussing pricing strategies and reporting earnings for each show. The Ancillary Revenue manager will converse with the General Manager on best practices as shows play off.
Encouraged to create new revenue streams for the venue.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Working knowledge of computers (Windows) environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing and guest relations
Skilled in interpersonal communications, organizational concepts and financial knowledge.
Ability to delegate, follow up, relate to staff and guests and clients in a positive effective manner.
Ability to walk and stand for long period of time.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds.
Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends).
