Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate all equipment orders taken by outside sales personnel and direct sales from customers via telephone and email.

• Answer and support inbound customer calls, converting calls into quotes and orders.

• Prepare quotes from salespersons and enter orders for sales obtained.

• Estimate delivery dates for customers based on factory production and delivery schedules.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Work with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.

• Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, coordinating with the invoicing team, logistics team, and warehouse.
