Job Description Summary
You will manage processes during lifecycle of a Lease and/or a Loan for the Healthcare Financial Services business including processing end of term financial adjustments, upgrades, renewals, dispositions, and assumptions.

Work with cross functional teams to complete assignment and assumptions, end of term renewals, restructure in-term leases and loans.
Billing corrections (i.e., address correction/update, DBA, asset and collateral codes, name changes and co-lessee add).
Support the customer and internal audits with bill of sales and pay histories, Amortization schedules.
Process full and partial payoffs, paydown, principal reductions.
Process syndication termination of servicing requests from Client Support Team.
Work with internal and third-party property and sales & use tax consultants to formulate solutions for customers’ tax issues.
Timely follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure progress to completion of requests.
Updating internal tracking tools to optimize performance and aid in capacity planning.
Account research for various items (i.e., receipt application, billing questions, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, banking, general accounting, or taxes.
3+ years' experience in financial services, banking, general accounting, or taxes
Experience working remotely
PC Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and comparable software application.
Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of LeaseWave
Understanding of Finance
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Experience in the equipment leasing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high volume
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
