CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD Are you a customer service professional whose mission is to provide exceptional customer service to all clients? Come join this organization who is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Team Lead. This temp to hire position offers a full time, Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5:15pm schedule with a pay rate of \$18 per hour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain exceptional level of customer service and handle escalated customer issues in the absence of the Associate Supervisor. Contribute to the training of satellite office staff to ensure they understand and follow procedures and act as a role model for staff. Ensure the Service Center is clean, organized, and all equipment is functioning properly. Ensure timely communication of essential information to Associate Supervisor and to Customer Care Supervisor. Assist in creating a positive work environment that fosters a healthy team relationship. Assist with auditing and required reports (e.g., Daily Walk-in report, QLess, Metric 36) as needed as well as order supplies. Process applications, perform account maintenance, ensure daily cash outs and deposits are completed accurately. Assist in opening and closing the office as needed. Customer Service Representative requirements: 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a leadership position. Flexibility in scheduling. Excellent phone skills, data entry skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned. Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Must remain professional under every circumstance with customers and staff members. Must maintain an excellent attendance record. This Customer Service Team Lead position is temp to hire in the Ludlow area. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm schedule with a pay rate of \$18 per hour.
