Position Summary

This position has full regional ownership for business operations and performance. Maintaining current customer base and growth in existing and new customers as well as P&L performance and customer satisfaction; while delivering world-class safety performance. Consistently achieving financial targets and safety objectives in a fast-paced high transaction and customer focused environment. This position will develop, implement and manage the organization's growth plans to increase revenue, market share and profit margins for all products and services. Continuous improvement of operational efficiencies at all levels of the business, drive the organization for ongoing productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability improvement. This position will collaborate with business partners to manage day to day challenges and issues associated with operating the business as well as continually assesses and attract the best talent.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Full regional ownership for business operations and performance in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Micro-Electronics, Aerospace and Defense, and Beverage Vertical Markets Region spans from Virginia through central / eastern Canada with high density business clusters in Philadelphia, New York Metro, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

  • Maintain current customer base and growth in existing and new customers as well as P&L performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve financial targets and safety objectives in a fast-paced high transaction and customer focused environment

  • Drive and execute talent strategies to increase team development and increasing employee retention.

  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's growth plans to increase revenue, market share and profit margins for all products and services.

  • Continuous improvement of operational efficiencies at all levels of the business, drive the organization for ongoing productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability improvement.

  • Collaborate with business partners to manage day to day challenges and issues associated with operating the business as well as continually assessing core capabilities and retaining / attracting the top talent.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years experience in management with P&L responsibility; strong business acumen.

  • Experience running a service organization in the Water and/or Wastewater industry is a plus.

  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees.

  • Previous experience in direct or indirect sales/commercial role highly preferred
