Job Title: Concrete Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Concrete Technician with a minimum of 1 year of outdoor construction experience specializing in concrete. The role involves working on deck repairs for a large parking garage in Portsmouth, NH, with additional projects in Portland and Boston starting mid-April. Responsibilities include joint sealant replacement, overhead soffit repairs, caulking, form building, rebar tying, hot apply epoxy, and controlled demolition using chipping guns and jackhammers.

Hard Skills

• Masonry

• Concrete Carpentry

• Waterproofing

• Experience in caulking, patching, controlled demolition

• Use of hand tools such as 20 oz hammer, pliers, 25’ tape measure, 12” prybar, speed square

Soft Skills

• Commitment to safety

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Boston, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Regular start time is 7am, working 8+ hours per day, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work. Safety is a priority, so adherence to PPE guidelines is a must. Work conditions may involve hot summer weather and varying shift times, including possible second shifts or four 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday.
