Rapid Micro Biosystems is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our global team and accelerate recruiting for key areas of our business. This role is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on fueling our business growth. The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a critical role in building recruiting strategies to deliver essential talent needed to grow and scale our business. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of roles across our organization and support hiring across multiple teams.

As a talent advisor within the company, you will need to exercise creativity and independent judgment to develop and expand recruiting strategies to identify top talent across multiple disciplines. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment targeting and recruiting top-notch professionals in the life science industry.

You will partner with the company leadership and management teams in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Rapid Micro Biosystems' top talent on a global basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Serve as a technical expert in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions.

  • Well adept in internet candidate sourcing with emphases on a highly-skilled user of LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Full cycle (sourcing through close) technical recruiting for complex microbial solutions. Project management, business analysis, manufacturing and microbiology recruiting is a plus.

  • A creative and effective storyteller for conveying an exciting company story to pitch to candidates

  • Critical thinker. A holistic view of talent.

  • Be creative! Constantly be bringing new ideas to the table on how to expand our recruiting platform and market reach.

  • Get ahead of the game! Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term.

  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Develop strategies and programs to attract candidates and increase the pipeline of potential applicants.

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Manage the contract and temporary employee recruiting process

  • Other HR & Recruiting duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Six to eight years of high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth teams and the ability to manage needs across multiple business units and geographies; focus on sales organizations a plus.

  • Be highly organized, efficient, and manage time effectively

  • Strong customer service mindset, focused and responsive

  • An excellent communicator

  • Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to build a pipeline and bench strength for prospective future growth

  • Recruitment in the life sciences or biotech industries is highly desired
