About the role:
Join Takeda as the Senior Manager of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence where you will be responsible for consulting with Short Bowel Syndrome (SBS) brand teams as a strategic partner. In this role, you will lead, create and deliver integrated insights across multiple sources. The Senior Manager, Market Research and Competitive Intelligence report to the Associate Director, Market and Customer Insights.
How you will contribute:
Lead cross-functional teams in predicting and planning solutions to achieve successful execution, driving the team to achieve clarity on issues and action.
Initiate and lead market research and competitive intelligence work with outside partners
Create cross-source insights, recommendations, and alignment for action
Develop competitive landscape analysis, business need understanding, and knowledge gap identification
Communicate those integrated insights to relevant stakeholders across Takeda Gastroenterology Business Unit (GIBU) with urgency
Leverage data and specialty expertise in Competitive Intelligence as a subject matter expert in brand planning
B.A./B.S. Scientific or commercial education.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
Minimum of 7+ years of commercial experience within pharmaceuticals, 2 years in the specialty
5+ years of matrix stakeholder management required.
2+ years experience in implementing processes, procedures, and competitive intelligence in specialty biologics healthcare environment.
2+ years of expertise and industry leadership in CI
