Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Leominster, MA

Pay Range: $30.00

Hours: 11pm-7am

Do you have a knack for spotting inefficiencies and a passion for making things run smoothly? Then suit up and join our team as a Process Technician!

You'll be our secret weapon on the factory floor, a master of observation with a keen eye for detail. Your mission: to ensure our production lines are running like a well-oiled machine.

Here's your daily dose of action:

• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization

• Seeks methods to improve standard operational and working practices

• Observe workers, molding machinery, and conveyors to ensure compliance with safety standards and operating efficiency

• Coordinates with mold set technician, department supervisors and production personnel for parts, tooling, equipment, and machinery

• Performs preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment as directed

• Assist process engineer with optimizing cycle times

• Troubleshoot injection molding machines as issues arise

Do you have the skills to become a Process Technician?

• Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's in Manufacturing a Plus!)

• Experience troubleshooting injection molding machines is your superpower

• Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience is your secret weapon

• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and GMPs is your code of honor

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work shifts and handle physical demands
