Injection Mold Maker

Join our rapidly growing team as an Injection Mold Maker! This is more than just a maintenance role; it's about using your skills and ingenuity to become a behind-the-scenes hero for our entire operation with room to grow within the next year.

In this hands-on role, you'll be:

• Be the hero! You'll diagnose and fix production tools , from routine maintenance to tackling machine repairs and preventative measures (PMs).

• Become a mold whisperer. You'll repair and maintain molds , wielding your machining skills to breathe life back into welded components.

• Got a knack for building? You'll manufacture machine parts based on blueprints, or by dimensioning and sketching existing ones.

• We value your skills, so expect some varied tasks to keep things fresh.

• Keep your workspace tidy - a clean space is a happy space!

• Safety first! You'll follow all protocols and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Do you have the right stuff?

• High School Diploma or GED? Great! Trade school experience is a plus, but your passion for problem-solving is what truly matters.

• 3-5 years of experience with injection mold repairs is ideal.

• Blueprints, manuals, and hot runner schematics

• Precision measuring tools

• Problem-solving with injection molds
