Brennan Staffing Group Corporate Development Analyst in Leominster, Massachusetts
The Corporate Development Analyst will be an integral member of the M&A team and will be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential transactions. This person will help drive the strategic growth narrative for a platform looking to acquire 50 companies in 5 years. The Analyst will partner with the team to conduct industry research and market analysis, find, and evaluate potential opportunities, and build and manage financial models. Additionally, the Associate will participate in all areas of due diligence (with both internal and external parties) from start to finish. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage multiple projects and drive fast paced execution. Build and maintain integrated three statement financial models. Develop supporting analysis, communication and presentation materials. Sell the company story to business owners while building rapport and credibility. Create a business case and valuation model for each potential transaction. Maintain a robust pipeline within HubSpot. Work with cross-functional teams to complete due diligence of acquisition targets, including financial, insurance, HR/benefits, legal, and operational workstreams. Support execution of acquisition strategy and post-acquisition integration initiatives Performs other related duties as assigned. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences. High EQ and strong interpersonal skills: Able to build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes. Team player who is willing to get their hands dirty. Travel willingness: Excited to travel across the US building relationships and selling our vision. Capable of working in PE setting: Ability to interface with Executives, Investment Committee, and BOD members. Strong organization ability: Ability to optimally manage robust pipeline of add-on targets. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Two or more years of related experience required in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, corporate finance or related field, or equivalent experience. LOCATION: Central/Eastern Massachusetts area preferrable Hybrid working model, expect 1-2 days per week in the office. Travel willingness. KEY OUTCOMES RATING & COMMENTS 1.
