Job Summary: We are currently seeking full - time English, bilingual/Spanish and /or Portuguese speaking call center career centric individuals that are engaging and empathetic for Customer Service Roles. You will be assisting our well-known Government client servicing their customers by phone, email and chat! Notes: - Remote opportunity, must live within 30 minutes of Lawrence MA - MUST have ethernet connectivity, work cannot be done via wifi - Company provides all equipment - Training is mandatory - virtual classes M-F 8am - 5pm - Onboarding starts 12/9 Summary/Objective: The Customer Service Representative II are responsible for day to day organizational tasks of incoming data to prepare for claims adjudication. This position will fulfill detail oriented and time sensitive functions. Responsibility: Support the day to day pre-claim administrative tasks for a contract with the following duties: - Scan; fax; import PHI and confidential documents into CRM database. - Scanned records must be compared to the original paper document to ensure accuracy. - The number of original paper documents must be compared to the number of scanned records to ensure that every document was scanned. - Document all customer information, communications in CRM system. - Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and precision with all work. - Maintain a working knowledge of our clients requirements. Qualifications: - Flexibility to work variable days and hours as business needs arise outside normal scheduled hours M- F 8- 5 - Time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. - Must have working experience using basic office equipment - from copiers, scanners, fax machine. - Must have experience with maneuvering electronic data between various environments. - Prior experience with PHI or HIPAA - Bilingual/Biliterate in either English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred. - College degree preferred.
