KAM Appliances Marketing Assistant in Hyannis, Massachusetts

MARKETING Social Media: Assist in conceptualizing, scheduling & executing organic social media messaging across all platforms; stay abreast of best practices & implement accordingly Photo & Video Creation: film showroom appliances, events, & cooking as appropriate for the creation of social content & other promotional purposes Brand Content & Coop Organization: assist in monitoring brand promotions & online brand portals for new material, assist in preparing coop documentation for ad reimbursement & monitoring payment Promotions: assist the Marketing Manager in brainstorming, organizing & implementing KAM promotional campaigns & events Website: regularly monitor website to ensure accuracy & assist in writing copy & managing landing pages Copywriting: assist in brainstorming & writing blog posts, emails, & other promotional copy KAM Tech: Collaborate in the marketing & promotion of program as a differentiator in the industry Collateral: assist in creating & developing organized library of video (instructional & creative) & photo content Other marketing initiatives & duties as needed 2. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. Physical Demands: Requires mobility, frequent walking, standing, & sitting, some bending, stooping & stretching & periodic lifting of up to 25 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to converse & hear. Requires normal (corrected) vision. Requires coordination & manual dexterity sufficient to operate appliances. Position Type & Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. A standard work week is Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm with flexibility as shifts may vary pursuant to events, demonstrations, & company needs. Travel: There may be occasional travel to company locations as needed. Required Education & Experience: High School Graduate or equivalent Any combination of education, training, & experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience with social media platforms, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office365 including Word & Excel, & Canva or similar
