The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for improving global sales productivity and effectiveness. In this Global role, you will work closely with the Global Open Scale Business Development team in their efforts to make decisions and implement improvements to drive sales results. You will also collaborate closely within the organization (GTM, Finance, and Commercials teams) and outside the organization (Dell EMC Sales, DFS Sales, and IMS) to make decisions and implement improvements to drive sales results. You are responsible for management, administration and implementation of various systems/processes that support the global business development team including dashboards, reporting, business planning, and sales force activity forecasting/tracking. This hands-on global role leads developing, implementing, and managing the sales processes, reports, and strategies that optimize sales functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate needs to be sales compatible and combine good sound judgement, robust organizational skills, strong executive presence, and a good financial acumen.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree, MBA/EMBA preferred.

  2. Min 10 years of working experience within a sales/business operations function

  3. Experience with “As a Service” business models preferred

  4. Team focused attitude

  5. Presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Diagnostic skills.

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
